Huge Dick

Huge dick always seems to be measured with a ruler. What I want to know is where are all these handy dandy rulers hanging around at. Am I supposed to have a ruler under my bed or something? Maybe I missed a man memo, or maybe that is just the most fucking random thing you could ever do no matter how big a dick is.
